To view a summit page that is not associated with the page you
are currently viewing (this is called a remote summit), obtain the
URL from the summit's Forum administrator, and specify it to
your browser. (If you choose, you can use the Forum Tracker
to provide quicker access to remote summits.)
You can also view a cascaded summit, which is hierarchically linked to the summit you are currently viewing. (A typical configuration might, for example, allow all the company's employees to access the top-level summit, and then provides cascaded summits for each of the departments in the company: engineering, marketing, human resources, and so forth.)
To access a cascaded summit, do the following:
- View the top-level summit.
- Log in, if you have not already.
- Locate the "Summits" graphic header on the summit page
you are currently viewing.
- Review the list of linked summit titles in that section.
- Click on the title of the summit you wish to view.
