        Viewing Forums

This Help page explains how to view a Discussion and Document-Sharing forum. (These forums are nicknamed "docshare" forums.) To view a docshare forum, do the following:

  1. View the summit page.

  2. Log in, if you have not already.

  3. Locate the "Discussion and Document Forums" header graphic.

    Under this graphic, Forum lists all of the available docshare forums. If there are no links under this header, ask your Forum administrator to create a docshare forum for you.

  4. Click on the linked title of the docshare forum whose contents you want to view.

    A previous Help page listed two sample docshare titles, as follows: "Widget Version 3.0 Project Documents" and "Widget Company Policies and Procedures." Your Forum administrator gives forum their titles when the forum is created.

    Forum displays the top folder of the docshare forum you chose. Docshare forums organize their information in folders. Folders can contain subfolders, which in turn can contain subfolders, and so on.
